Kimberly Zink currently serves as CEO and co-owner of Klemmer, a premier leadership and character development company that delivers life-changing, long-term results. Over the past 30 years, Klemmer’s leadership training programs have graduated tens of thousands of people who have embraced their mission in creating bold, ethical leaders who will create a world that works for everyone with no one left out. In addition to her responsibilities as CEO, Kimberly Zink is also an author, a public speaker, and a Lead Facilitator, working with students in multiple courses for both adults and youth.
After building a career as an independent insurance agent, Kimberly Zink first came to Klemmer as a student. In only six months, she completed all four levels of training. In 2004, she began her journey to become a facilitator. Kimberly Zink discovered new strengths within herself, and new purpose in her life. She is now one of fewer than a dozen United States-based certified facilitators of The Samurai Game®.
